C4 Foundational Documents
The Foundational Documents articulate the philosophical, structural, and educational vision of Coastline Cornerstone Classical Community. They explain our model of decentralized, family-driven classical Christian education, our commitment to parental authority, and the principles that govern our community life. All participating families are expected to have read and understood these documents.
Document 2 of 3 · Required
Statement of Faith
Our Statement of Faith establishes the essential doctrinal convictions that define our shared Christian community. It reflects historic, orthodox Christianity as confessed by conservative evangelical churches across denominations. This statement addresses the Scriptures, the nature of God, salvation, the Church, marriage and family, and our mission. Participating families are asked to respect and affirm this doctrinal foundation as a condition of membership in C4.
Document 3 of 3 · Physical Form Required
Pastoral Attestation Form
C4 requires that each enrolling family be members or regular attendees of a local church and in good standing with their congregation. The Pastoral Attestation Form must be completed and signed by your family's pastor or church elder — not by the applicant family. This form is a physical document and cannot be submitted digitally. The original signed form must be presented at your enrollment interview.
Please allow adequate time. Reach out to your pastor well in advance of your scheduled interview to allow them time to complete the form. C4 requires this form to confirm that your family is actively connected to a local church body and in good standing.
